Zimbabwe’s St John’s College Pipe Band won gold at the inaugural world youth championships in Scotland, finishing ahead of 32 competitors.
Origin:
Based at St John’s College in Harare, it is the premier and only active school pipe band in Zimbabwe.
Membership:
Features over 60 dedicated student pipers and drummers guided by local Zimbabwean instructors.
